What size bandana should I get?
Slip-on Bandana- Slip-on bandanas have the same pattern on both the back and front unless otherwise specified and can be worn by slipping your dogs collar through the opening between the back and front of the bandana, then clipping the collar around your pup's neck. Slip-ons require a collar and and cannot be tied around your dog's neck.
Snap-on Bandanas- Snap-0n bandanas have the same pattern on back and front unless otherwise mentioned and should fit comfortably, not too tight. The bandana is not too tight if you can place two fingers between the bandana and your dog's neck and easily slide them back and forth.
What is adding a collar seam?
All of our bandanas are sewn with a seam on the inside as well as the outside for the ultimate in quality and will be longer lasting. If you would like a seam sewn across the top for an "envelope" for the collar that can be added for an additional charge.All of our bandanas are sewn with a seam on the inside as well as the outside for the ultimate in quality and longevity. When can I expect to receive my order?Typically orders will ship within 5 business days.

I forgot something can I change my order?
Please double check your order and make sure everything is correct because orders cannot be changed once they have been processed.
Also, please add your pet's name in the box provided in the customer address information section. This allows us at ZGB to personalize your pet's package with their name. Of course it will be under in C/O with the purchasers name as well.

Why could it take up to five business days for my order to be shipped?
Here at ZGB, all of our products are handmade with quality in mind. This requires extra attention to get it just right. If the item is already in stock, it will normally be shipped out the next business day. If it isn't in stock, we will begin working on sewing the items in your order. We appreciate your patience, as we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible while ensuring it meets our high standards of quality."

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is $15.99 and you should receive your parcel within 7-10 business days.
